who are you?
i’m kisse. pronouns he/him. an illustrator with a degree in journalism. about 30 years old.

what’s that language i see here randomly?
that’s finnish. it’s because of the service provider. i haven’t dissected the code enough to fully anglicise the website. i’m not sure i can be bothered to.

what does the url mean?
punkissa is a pun. kissa means cat in finnish. punkissa means inside punk. or inside a tick, the animal, of which i’m terribly afraid. ‘sarjakuvablogit’ just means ‘comic blogs’.

why post-punkissa though?
this space was originally gonna be a comic about punk music and punk history but i started uni again and realised i don’t have the time to research all that so if i’m going to keep this space i need to come up with something else to fill it with. so i will semi-autobio instead like in the olden times. i do actually listen to a lot more post punk and new wave than good ol punk music.

you say autobio. is this all 100% true?
i haven’t decided how close to the reality this comic will be. it has its roots in real life and things that have happened but details may have been changed, embellished or anonymised.
